TU HotSpots is a GIS based online mobile application to monitor geographical locations of tobacco industry activities and interference in public health.
Centre for Combating Tobacco (CCT) is the Sri Lankan tobacco observatory established at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Colombo, under the Article 5.3 of the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC). CCT monitors implementation of FCTC Article 5.3 and tobacco industry interference in tobacco control policy processes and public health and disseminate findings to improve awareness of the stakeholders and the general public.
